A Orange San Francisco2 might be suitable, think you can pick these up for £100,think they are locked to Orange but can be unlocked, not really a mobile guru, just read it somewhere, someone might come along with a better offer.......hope this helps
Edit: Serach brings this up,so they are more than £100,but hear they are a good phone and it runs gingerbread android>>>>>http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Orange-San-Francisco-II-/160689861653?pt=UK_Mobile_Phones&hash=item2569dcb415#ht_500wt_14130 -
Thanks, gingerbread android ? so there is more than one lol this could be confusing:rotfl:
will take a look at the one you have suggested thank you0 -
Yes, there's lots of different Android versions. We're up to Android 4 (Ice Cream Sandwich) now, but you won't find that on anything but the newest (and more expensive) phones.
Anything above Android 2.6 should be fine for your son. Check eBay for a second hand one, you'll probably pick up a HTC Hero or similar for about £50, that'd be more than adequate.0 -
