£2 in the pot today - think I have a few more pounds lurking around which will go in later.
I'm going to end up opening the pot early as per usual to help my daughter when she goes travelling in the summer but then I will start a new one! Here dead we lie because we did not choose
To live and shame the land from which we sprung.
Life, to be sure, is nothing much to lose,
But young men think it is,
And we were young.

Afternoon all
Good to see you back Sue, glad you are on the mend.
Poor Miss Lily, she is in the wars and under the weather.
£1.56 for me today left over from my weekly spend budget. Wont be able to pot much again over the next couple of weeks, little bit skint and still 2 weeks to payday. Still no road kill, or any other kill for that matter.
But on the upside i have paid approx £1000 off my CC since Xmas. And i have just paid off my loan with the help of bank of ma and pa, so although i still owe them i have saved £200 in interest and can also pay them off more quickly. Really pleased with myself. :j
Already wishing the year away to get to November to open the pots.
Enjoy the weekend all.

Potted £14 to make up for not potting much this week. DD1 really enjoyed her party, friends were really good and they are all lovely girls. Even got a thank you from DD1 to say how much she had enjoyed it and a hug, (at 14 feel highly honoured).
Having a night in tonightwith best mate and a few drinks. DH on nights. Off to Wigan tomorrow with DS for the indoor athletics final.
Have a great evening everyone.

Hello Potters
!
Found a lovely 1p today, it was sitting staring at me on the living room floor....I don't know where it came from, but I know where it went :rotfl:
:rotfl:.
Gad to see your feeling better Sue...
The Pot's getting heavy now, I was naughty, I poked a torch in there  - just to see how full it was, of course...:rotfl:If I keep being a good boy, I might have it filled before the end :j. I'm trying to be good, as I've decided, I want to do something nice for DW and me after we 'count up'...Don't know what yet, but it'll have to be MSE like and be an experience worth remembering.
Happy Potting everyone
A Torch?!? Now that is a good idea

 oh no, poor little lily. Big hugs to you, it's no fun when they have sickness bugs, hopefully she will be over the worse of it now though. Calpol is a god send though isn't it.
