A very warm welcome, pinkdeedee, it's lovely to have you with us.
Enjoy yourself saving. You'll find your number at the bottom of the list on post 4 of page 1. Please read through post 1 as it'll let you know exactly what to do with the challenge.
*Please pop your numbers on your sigs, it really helps.
Well done on your pot, nanto3girls, good to hear it's safely superglued.seriouslyfrugal wrote:I saw this on another forum and thought it would be useful for us here
Price rise in stamps  - April 2012 - stock up now to avoid price rise
Second class stamps could go from 36p - 55p   ( article goes into it more) at this rate no one will post anything
Thanks a lot for that seriouslyfrugal, surely another nail in the coffin for GPO or whatever they're called these days. I see Cameron condemned it - after all the increases he's given us!!!! Nerve of the man!:mad:EverTheOptimist_ wrote:Better today but its an ongoing thing so just got to focus on the good. And stay positive.
An amazing attitude to get you (us all) through life, ETO, :kisses3: and marvellous news about the £30 saved!!
Rosy, why not have a pot for parking etc through the week, if you don't use it you can the pot it.crimson.addict wrote:maybe I should pot the £50 my mum gave me as there's nothing I really want to spend it on and it's my birthday next month. I'll have to think lol. Maybe I'll just pot some of it.
That would be a great idea, Ruth, I do the same.jakes-mum wrote:Ok I have a question Mrs Sue-UU, I changed my gas and electric a few months ago and got £50 in love2shop vouchers in the post today (even though I swapped back a month later) now can I pot some of these, is that allowed? Or do we think this is cheating a little bit??
That's not a problem, jakes-mum, or at least I can't see one as it's no different than many of us putting our survey 'earnings' etc in. You have my blessing my child.Still some amazing savings going on, folks, keep at it and have a lovely evening and a great Sunday!Sue xAnyone wishing to join, please just ask, you're more than welcome, it's never too late.

Hi Everyone. I would love to come back and try again. I missed last year due to the sad loss of my DM and 2 much loved pets. I didn't have the heart for anything. However, I did save a little bit in my pot last year. So if it ok I'll just leave it in and keep adding to it. I still have my number so can I come back please?:jSealed Pot Challenge 7 Member 022 :staradmin:staradmin:staradmin

Hellooo again, elizabunny! It's so good to see you back with us, though I'm so terribly sorry for your sad losses, all 3, but especially your Mum are such blows and take a good while to come to terms with.
All the very best, now and for the future. BTW, you don't need to ask to come back...we're here with open arms. :grinheart
