A huge welcome to all the newbies. Have fun saving.
12p in the pot today, not much but at least it's something!Sealed Pot challenge #59SPC5 total £473.600 -
:eek::eek::eek: I feel cheated now! I paid 60p a roll in tesco on 3 for 2 so my 3 rolls worked out at 40p each
not happy I hate being out bargain hunted :rotfl:
excactly how i feel now ive checked my mr c--p today i should have gained another 42 off my reduced bread but it went through at the higher price even though it was marked down but its not my local shop and it would cost more to take it back
lesson to oneself to check receipt before you leave the shop -
its getting really addictive this bargain hunting and saving those pennies in all our forms of saving
anyway i will be more sharper from now on, i normally do a rough estimate of what my bill should be by the time i get to the checkout but i had a real headache today and i wasnt with it, ive challenged lots of shops and i stand my ground because if its in the whoopsie or whatever lower price part of their store then i expect that price to reflect at the checkout
how many other customers been charged incorrectly .... makes me cross
that money should be in my pot LMBO
have a fun day again off to do dinner

Morning all,
Fiver into the pot from me today - DS's pocket which he gave me so I could order something he wants, so popped it straight into my little jellybean pot.Pay off all my debts before Christmas 2015 #165.0 -
MAZ I checked my receipt today after buying bargains in B**ts - one offer didn't register so paid over the odds. Normally don't bother checking, and would never return to complain, but with my new head on I rang up and will be refunded my due money when I next visit, which will have to be whan I plan another visit so I don't waste any more money!0

Is that Mr T's if so email them and complain, state its much too far for you to travel for a refund and your not happy. They should ring you and ask what happened, apologise saying they will retrain their staff :rotfl: and send you the money ona giftcard :T
If they ask what you want them to do, say, 'I want my money back!' :rotfl:
EDIT: though I will add that I religiously check my reciept as I walk out hoping for a mess up, thats DTD back :rotfl:SPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £225/£10000 -

Hi Sue
Can you add me to your list? This sounds like something I can actually do
I even have an old coffee can that I can use. Can you set my target for £100?
I'm getting quite into money-saving - I've just started couponing, so that should help some as well.
