Hi all can i rejoin this challange ( i am number 093 on the list so do i just keep this number?), did really well on the last one but sort of got sidetracked and spent the money throughout the year am determined to start again and keep my pennies in the pot till the opening date :rotfl:. I have about £40 so far in the pot but am thinking of emptying it for the sales. so will be starting the challange on the 1.1.12, i am also aiming to put £10 a week into a different pot to help towards next xmas.0

I think I could put away about £5 per week (so I'll set a target of £1800 for the year) - I set myself a £5 challenge earlier this year and more than made the proposed amount so hopefully I'll continue to do so.
I'll put the money towards a holiday at Christmas next year as I'd hope to be credit card free by Aug 2012.
OK, I've just popped on my maths head - and there's something a bit wrong with this calculation. Either you mean £5 a day (pretty impressive) to get to £1800. If it's £5 a week, you are looking at £260.
Either way, hope you have fun saving into your sealed pot - it's such a good feeling each time those coins go 'clink'.0 -
