Morning all.
£1 which I found in DH's coat pocket - from the shopping trolley yesterday I assume.
Went into town yesterday to open a new savings account so that come next December I have somewhere to put my savings - this years money I used for a holiday but I want to save this years bounty(and the years to come)

Got bored so counted up my piggy banks - got £102 so far, including £80 in £2, still keeping it until November 2012 but needed the space for more coins.Declutter 2025 in 2025 0/20250

Hello all!
I'd like to join too please - I'm a newbie so I need a number please!
I taped up two Dolmio jars yesterday that my hubby has cut a moneybox type slot in the top of to use for 2012.
I filled more than one this year - maybe I'll hit three next year!!
The two for this year yielded a total of £76.52 which, considering it was roadkill and quite literally PENNIES and small shrapnel (nothing bigger than a 5p) from my purse, is pretty good.
Plan is to put SOMETHING in there every day in 2012.
As we have many other moneysaving plans for 2012 I'm hoping we'll have a much better haul come November but I don't want to set a target just yet.
Good luck everyone!
Also, I post quite randomly so may go missing on and off (work, twin 3.5 year olds etc...) but I'm with you all in spirit!!

They don't already have scarves or wellies?
Yes ill miss them terribly, especially Miss Lily, my little shadowIm used to Jake going down there on his own but this is Lilys first time and im now having images of my sister ringing me saying Lily has been kidnapped or run over :eek: Not sure why I think just because Lily is not yet 4 that this means she is likely to be mislaid by her Auntie:o
I live in east anglia, the flattest area in the entire world, we rarely get snow or really bitter winds. Trying to get Jake 'im to cool for coats' to wear a scarf is a losing battle so I gave up (he'll wear on for his auntie though ) and Lily just runsa way when I try with her
Lily did have wellies but they are too small now and Jake again is too 'cool' for such footwear :rotfl:SPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £225/£10000 -
Arf'noon everyone,
Got a bargain today - a big pot of L'occitaine hand cream which normally retails for about £18 for.........................50p!!!! in my local charity shop. But I did take some clothes there so it was a fair exchange really. Mind you, who would pay £18 for a pot of hand cream?!
Also a big fat £2 coin potted.
Oops xSealed Pot challenge #59SPC5 total £473.600
