Look on the main board for free recommendations. But Avast, Avira and MSE are all reliable free AV programs. Or Kaspersky is free with Barclays Online Banking.

I concur - Avast probably does all you need.

As a backup (for occasional scans) also look at MalwareBytes AntiMalware (also free).
