Not being the driver is only a defence when you were genuinely were not the driver IMO.
A fact that Stephen Thomas discovered to his cost!
I don't think Smithy contacted them prior to the claim being made.0 -
Slight hijack, but CAG are now reporting another PPC loss. This time it was Minster who did not turn up to court because they "were on holiday ". The case was dismissed because of the question of driver identity. What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?0

So "all" of Minster were on holiday, mega large company aren't they? Wonder where they parked? Silly thought but if the court had a letter saying they were on holiday, why did not Minster ask for a delay? Should be done for wasting the courts time.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Is that one of the two from last month? Minster have done 2 no-shows and withdrawn 1 case voluntarily in the last 5 weeks.0

You know to ignore, yet you go on to ask many questions which are answered in the same place as you learned that ignoring is the best policy. Nothing is different.0 -
Nothing has changed and ParkingEye cannot instruct bailiffs or affect your credit rating. Ignore the bluster in the threatening letters and take the time to read the stickies on this part of the forum. Believe me, I often ignore threatening letters from this scummy outfit.Still waiting for Parking Eye to send the court summons! Make my day!0

Not seen anything regards of credit rating or baliffs? will this ever occur? anyfeedback will be appreciated
