Well not too good - phone looked like it had been used for 6 months. Customer service is appalling, very long waits at up to 10p a minute, in fact on one queue I was given a time of 65 mins before a human might reply. Noticed a trend whereby if you ask a tricky question they claim their systems are down and they will phone back later - they never do, or they just cut you off. Aside from that the t-mobile package was great value, £34 of calls for £20 a month and over 18 months with cashback, net cost should be to me about £90, about what I would spend on a payg.“I look like Spiderman at a funeral”~ Karl Pilkington0

My phone (v3) arrived in great condition. Remember quidco for extra cashbackIf at first you don't succeed - destroy all evidence that you tried.0

I got a Samsung D600 from e2save last year. It arrived in good condition with the charger and manual ONLY as a 'blister pack' all attached to a piece of card.
I also got 2 D600s from OSPS and they arrived boxed with all leads etc.
On that basis the ones from OSPS were a much better deal.
All the phones were unlocked.0 -
