E2save downgrade contract

Does anyone know or has done it before; downgrading Orange contract to the lowest possible price plan (of course after 6 months on a 12 months contract) on a contract bought from E2Save.com and still be eligible to claim cashback from e2save?

Also, does anyone know if one changes the price plan orignally offered by E2Save Canary 30 to Orange OVP, would the cashback claim still be valid?

Any help advice will be much appreciated.

It should say whether you can or can't on the receipt they give you.

My very latest contract (and the last I'll ever have from e2save) does mention somewhere in the ultra small print that I can't downgrade. I've never seen it before though on my older contracts.

However e2save are not consistent, so it is probably safer to check your exact terms and conditions before you do anything, in case they all vary.
