HI guys.I havent been with virgin very long when the offered to upgrade my hub.It is faster but we had to install it ourselves and paid a 30.00 activation fee. When my husband called the freephone helpine as instructed they put a 60.00 charge on to my account.WHAT!.
I had been emailing them saying we had not been informed of the charge and I want it removed.
I wondered if anyone had the same problem and to warn people who may upgrade.

Call retentions (150 "thinking of leaving" option). eMailing is pointless and if you use the standard 150 CS you'll probably get offshore which will probably take at least 10 goes until you get a satisfactory outcome.0
