Are HTC the world's worst for phone manufacturing and customer services?
If anybody could give me advice on where I even begin here! Middle of october (I have well did have a Wildfire S) The phone starts playing up (Power button sticking/screen turning green when making calls and screen going unresponsive) I phone HTC who (eventually) agree to pick the phone up. 3rd November it was first collected. I got it back on 10th or 11th I think. Totally unrepaired as I was getting the famous phantom water damage excuse. I kick up a fuss and HTC arrange for it to be picked up The 17th of this month and again it came back with the phantom water damage excuse but this time too they ask for me to include accessories. I thought........OK so be it. I just done what they we're told. Came back to me on the 23rd (last wednesday) AGAIN unrepaired and this time without my accessories! And came back with the back of the battery holder damaged too. I emailed top people yet again and I got a phone call
(well 2 phone calls) last thursday. First idiot told me that they were not going to repair the damage that they caused (battery holder as I know it did not leave my house like that) and I was not getting my accessories back (charger, battery and battery case) I kicked up yet another fuss and I got a phone call
about 20 past 2 last thursday to be told that I was getting a replacement. Roll on today. I got a phone call
regarding my satisfaction survey (you can obviously understand I said very dissastisfied on everything) before I let him ask anything though? I asked if he could update me on the situation. I gave him an IMEI number? And would you believe it! They did not have anything on record for me getting a replacement! Now talk about inept or what! Could anybody possibly advise what to do here?

I posted it on another forum and copied what I put on there on to here. Possibly picked up those links (apologies if it has) Thing is though I have read so much on facebook about how water damage can be faked and I know that it's been nowhere near water...........................0
