2 nimble slices of bread filled with a sliced apple and cooked in a sandwich toaster. Turns out just like a McDonalds apple pie.2008 Comping ChallengeWon so far - £3010 Needed - £230Debt free since Oct 20040

Thanks for the replies so far. I know its very hard to find something delish to eat without pangs of guilt and like a couple of you I usually resort to a finger, biscuit snack. I am not very good with yogurts and similar desserts after meals as they make me really bloated and so prefer to leave them out. The raspberry sorbet sounds nice and easy I will give that one a go for definate.DTD - Doing Tesco Daily - while I still have vouchers!0

We discovered completely by accident that the Value Choc Ices in most supermarket come in at just under 100 cals compared to 250+ for the regular versions. No idea why but they taste quite good!
We also like low fat Choc mousses which are typically 100 cals
2 or 3 really nice chocolates from say Thorntons (if you can bear to put the box away after only 3!)
A miniature treat from fun size treat bags
Sorry, none of these are home made, but you may notice a heavy chocolate theme! Also you can have 100 cals of anything provided you serve yourself a small enough portion, so get the calculator out and work out how much of your existing favs you can have. You may be surprised that you are satisfied with less than you thought, particularly if you can make them a bit healthier by substituting skimmed for full fat milk or decreasing the amount of sugar you use.0 -
Could you please post the recipes for that Jelly/milk mousse and the lime jelly with coconut as they both sound delish.
That sorbet sounds lovely too and easy to make. Needs to be easy for me. lol

Black Saturn, that sounds fabulous. (do you use a sprinkle of cinnamon?)
Think it might warrant a trip to the shop for some more nimble.
Would you mind if I shared this with my Slimming World group, (well, the one that I go to, I don't run one.)
I would of course give you credit on the recipe sheet I take in.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member no: 203.0 -
Just to advise caution - I wouldn't have thought lime jelly made with coconut milk would be under 100 calories - 1 can of light coconut milk has over 400 calories, I think the full fat version is about 550.0

No cook cheesecake. Serves 2
1 Trifle sponge cut in half lengthways. In a bowl mix some WWatchers or the Philly very low fat, soft cheese (not cheese spread) with the grated zest of an orange or lemon, or both. You could add a little juice to slacken the mixture a bit if necessary. I add some sweetener at this stage but you could try it without. Divide mixture between the cut trifle sponges. This works out about 1 & half WWatcher points per serving.0
