It makes perfect sense To get rid of the pinecone icon I go the "move" arrow icon and click on that, works for me :j

toomanykids is right Also, you just need to click on the lounge area to switch between the exterior/interior views, but you don't need to worry about feeding the reindeer inside as they're automatically cared for.

I don't think it matters what time you feed them, as long as the 'full-up' timer never reaches 0. The easiest way is either to feed them slightly earlier each day until you get the reward, or if you're like me and forget easily, just do it twice a day!

Thank you for all the tips guys. After being stuck on the same level for probably a week now, i have finally got to the last level.

I have visted them everyday and nothing happened. I visted at night yesterday and today and finally got that award!! I took somebody's suggestion that if you visit them at night when its dark you get that award. So big thank you to OP who suggested that!!

I've got question to ask. I am still on Prize Level 2 but would like to win one of their 30 watches (Prize level 2). In this case, do I have to stick to prize level 2?

I fed mine morning (half 6-ish) and evening (10-ish) and got the award this morning. The next two challenges were really quick, I'm just waiting to store enough pine cones to buy three pen decorations then I'll get to level 7!
