Hi , got my face serum today. The written instructions were contradictory- parts said apply in the morning , while others sections said apply at night.
I rang and got clarification. So for any serum trialists out there- apply once a day in am.

    Hi everyone

I have just found the following email in my junk folder and don't know what to make of it....has anyone else has one similar?

'I am writing regarding the massage tool trial you done for us here at Alba Science, could you please provide us with some contact details in order for you to receive your cheque.

    Kind Regards,

    Michaela O’Neill'

I did do a trial a while ago that involved using a massage tool along with some face cream stuff but it wasn't specifically a 'massage tool' trial. I didn't think Alba actually paid us for testing stuff? I'm also a bit suspicious as to the wording...Alba's grammar is usually much better than this!!!

Help...what to other Alba testers think????

Hi on the Alba website there is a 0800 phone number I would call them and clarify the situation.

Aha I cam here looking to see if anyone else had gotten a cheque today.

Today I got a £5 cheque in the post from these guys with no explanation as to why! I also took part in that trial though with the eye roller.
I have done quite a few trials for them now and have never been paid before although a quick google shows they do sometimes pay volunteers for certain projects.

Ooooops!! Just exchanged emails with Alba Science and it was all supposed to have been explained in the trial description at the time. As it was ages ago I have long since disposed of the paperwork :o So it is all legit after all. Anyhoo, Alba were very nice about it and will be sending me the cheque. (I can't recall ever being paid before for a trial with this company and I have been with them for years)

I feel a bit of a twit now.....must read the destructions more thoroughly in future:o

Got my £5 today it was for the eye roller I was just thinking the other day that it had not come yet. It did say when you sign up for the eye roller that you would be payed £5 for taking part.
