    Just received this email and I have never had anything in the post from them:

    Dear Volunteer,

    Thank you for applying to take part in our home user trial testing a Shampoo.

    There was an error on your Volunteer Information sheet, where it stated that you should fill in the attached paper questionnaire after 1st use. This questionnaire was not attached in error.

    Your first use questionnaire will be sent to you via an email link, this is set up to be sent out to you this afternoon (Monday) at approximately 2pm.

    Please ensure that you complete this questionnaire as soon as possible.

    Many thanks for your participation in our study and we hope that you enjoy using the product.

    The haircare products are quite recent trials and some products were dispatched on friday as I only received the leave in conditioner this morning...my gues is you should get something arrive in the next day or so.

    I had joined up after reading this topic before Christmas, have been inundated with products to try. Its really good I am enjoying the items :) I am with other companies but they have not sent out anywhere near as many things as this crowd.

    Just signed my mum up for the new firming body oil product, started my fake tan today so I'm slightly apprehensive about what colour I'll be by the end
