T-Mobile
I have received a letter today supposedly from T-Mobile their Logo is in Black not Pink saying i owe a balance of £28.37, they say they have passed this onto CapQuest to collect but looking at the details on CapQuests website they do not use a P.O Box number and the phone number and postcode are incorrect so i am assuming this is a scam. Not being a T-Mobile customer does anyone have a customer service number i can ring as the number i have tried gives me only options for T-Mobile customers

2 options I would suggest
1) shove it in an old envelope and mark it as FREEPOST back to the sender (you will be keeping the Royal Mail in business)
or,
2) rip it up and forget about it (you will be doing your bit for the enviroment)0 -
Thats really odd!
Really sounds like a scam. Ignore it or hand it into the police / inform the department of fraud0
