Orange - PDF Itemised Bill

I have a monthly contract Orange phone, recently they have updated the online accounts and the pdf bills which used to be itemised are no longer. I used to use this to allow me to reclaim some of my call charges as business expenses.

I tried changing to paper billing but that will cost extra.

Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution, Orange Customer Services are hopeless on the issue.

    I don't think they've changed it, but it's some kind of sporadic bug. My October bill showed no calls initially. When I went back in a few days later, it had updated with a new PDF that itemised all my calls as normal.

    I have found the online access to my Orange account to be unreliable in all respects - sometimes I'm completely unable to log in and other times I can log in but cant access any info. Seems to be a major update going on which I suspect is the cause.
  • I agree, pretty poor show and to think they are increasing the rental costs, obviously need the money to finish off the website!!

    This also happened with my December bill and I've waited more than a few days now but the PDF bill is still missing the itemised calls. It seems that Orange have still not fixed this recurrent fault.

    My October bill wouldnt' show up as an e-bill and it was higher than normal, so I asked for a papercopy - which they sent, FOC. I asked them to check my account and they said it was fine, just that the website had been problematic.

    December's bill wasn't showing as an ebill either, so again I asked them to raise a paper copy as I my account is set for e-billing - funnily enough, the paper bill arrived and the e-bill appeared online.

    Try asking them to send you one free of charge if you used to get them anyway, its their fault not yours
