One Stop Phone Shop - No Stock policy
I bought a refurbished Nokia C3 a couple of weeks ago from OSPS for £11.90.
They debited my card but then said they didn't actually have any stock. A week ago they said they had a delivery but now no delivery arrived and they don't know when they will get one.
They suggest I call an 0871 number to discuss alternatives.......
I wonder if anyone has experience of this kind of sales technique - would I be likely to get a decent deal or is this just a chance to upsell me something?
If I did nothing, would they simply keep my money in a Mexican stand-off.
Thanks.
