    Well done on the no smoking despite the frustration you are going through. Nothing worse than being in pain all the time. Just having a bad back I can sympathise with as I know it drains you but having an operation and arm pain to deal with as well must be awful. Hugs - hope you feel better soon and you are still managing your padding :p

    no 36 reporting.....feeling so much better today!! I stayed in bed virtually all day yesterday and still slept last night for about 5 hrs and back and arm are not too bad at all at the mo so fingers crossed perhaps i have turned a corner!! i did not appreciate i would be so shattered after my op!!
    any how 10.00 pad....cant wait till payday...13 days and counting when i will get into the 15's and reach the all elusive 50%!!
    now owe...16176/31943 and paid 2012 504/10000...........
