Well done jwil! One of my aims is to start a seller account on eBay and flog all my size 8 clothes that i no longer fit into, i have 2 bin bags full!
  • Hello jwil and the gang its phase 2 we are going in hard again this year

    the aim is 12,500
breakdown is as follows CC (boo my own fault had not had one for ages then succumbed badly the aim is to pay off totally - 5,000

loan from parents 2500, bank loan 2500, mortgage overpayments 2500.

have set up the standing orders and am going to be really strict with myself. also do some part time work and instead of using the pay to indulge myself am going to divide between 3, one for additional debt reduction in addtion to standing orders, one for building up my savings pot and the third to treat myself to something small.

am really committed to my budget and the mantra of cash rather than relying on my card.

we continue to do so well l am 100% sure in spite of these difficult times we will continue to exceed ourselves. :money:

I have emptied my 2011 Sealed Pot today and have £36 all totted up in bags ready to go to the bank and another £15 in partially filled bags. Unfortunately, due to a broken foot, I won't be going anywhere near a bank for another 2 weeks, so will update totals in January.

Also trying to sort out pressies/clothes to go on eBay and books/DVDs on Amazon, but have realised that I cant post the darn things, as I live a good 25minute walk at the best of times from the Post Office. So all of that will have to wait a few more weeks as well!
