  • Any quidco gurus here?? Quick question! I signed up a couple of months back when i got my new mobile phone contract. Anyway, since then i've always gone through quidco and i'm at nearly £80 confirmed money ready to be paid out. I've just added my back details today because i didn't realise i hadn't done it already and it said "no payments will be made for 10 days for security reasons" (or something along those lines). Does this mean i will have missed the cut off for 15th Decembers payout or will they pay out the 17th after the 10 days is up? Does that even make any sense??

I don't NEED it this month, but it would be handy to have. Then again, if i wait till 1st jan payout at least i will have to money when i am normally skint! Lol!

Well done to everyone so far this month

I saved my garden prunings for firewood over the year and I reckon it adds up to two bags of kindling and one of logs. I just looked them up on Homebase and the kindling is £2.99 and the logs are £6.99 so that's £12 saved.

    Another £10 voucher from S&S/CP.

Didn't get my Ebay parcels posted today as the queue was literally insane, and was out the door and half way down the road, and it had started raining and I had my toddler with me and didn't have his pushchair so he was getting wet and cold :( So I had to lug them home again instead on the bus, and came home and made hot chocolate for us both and watched Deal or No Deal on the sofa under the duvet :)
Feel a but bad as I click the Mark as Dispatched button as I pack them when I have a few, as it helps keep me organised so I know which ones I still have to pack. But they will go out tomorrow so it's only one day later. :o

I've also just remembered that I have a nice little bonus to add, which I was naughty about actually as it hit the bank on the last day of November, but I conveniently 'forgot' to add it to my December total as I'd already made my target, and thought I might need it more for this months!! :D
A couple of MS jobs I did at the very end of October (my god it doesn't seem like a couple of weeks ago I did them though, last month literally whizzed past  ) I managed to negotiate a pretty ridiculous payment as they were desperate to get them done :D
So after taking off the reimbursement from what I had to buy as it wasn't really something I would have bought then, and the £6 I spent on a chocolates and biscuits to say Thank You to my lovely mum for driving me to the shops (they were 25-35 mins away, not really gettable to by public transport, and I don't drive, plus my dad stayed at home with my toddler as I wasn't allowed to take him, so couldn't have done the jobs without them :A ) that left £114 profit!! :j
Considering MSing often works out fairly measly these days if you were to work out what sort of 'hourly wage you earn yourself, I do love the odd occasion like this!
I know I'm cheeky to add it this month, but shhh

    Evenig all.
Countingpennies I am so pleased to hear your news of the coinstar win. You certainly deserve it after the rotten Birthday you had.
I have got writers cramp at the moment as I have written all my Christmas cards tonight (about 60) Not much to report on the money making front today but I am plugging away at surveys and S bucks. Off to have a lovely class of red wine now as I think I deserve it.

Quick update. I have just had an email from M*xi M*les to say they have added 6000 points to my account. I think it was for joing a bingo site where I had to deposit £10 but still a nice £10 profit.
