Mopay delays?

Hi

I sent off my old mobile phone to Mopay about 3 weeks ago, I have not heard anything back from them or recieved any money. I also can't find a contact number for them. Has anyone else had this problem? and does anyone have a contact number? I have filled in the contact form on their site, but there has been no reply.

I used Mopay on the 14th of December and recieved a cheque a week ago so around a five week wait. i received no correspondence other than the conformation email with my reference number after i had input my details on the Mopay site. i would say just have little patience.

Ps: you did put your reference number on the reverse side off the envelope??

That has reasured me I guess I just have to wait. I did put the reference on the back.
