orange to hotmail problems

Is anyone having problems sending emails to hotmail accounts I can receive but not send keep coming back as undelivered, I have contacted orange they say to try again in 48hours!

Sounds like a block of Orange IP addresses may have ended up on Hotmail's block list. Orange will need to appeal to Hotmail to get the block lifted, and then it will start working again.0
