If it's just one giant bay then the answer is no.
Only thing that really winds me up with the long bays is people who park at the end, but 4 feet away from the end of the bay, not enough room for even a smart car to fit in the gap. I don't expect people to park within an inch of the line (though I do do this myself) but a foot is reasonable, surely?
One big bay. Not individual markings. I always go right to the white line too if I am the first car, lol.0 -
IF I were you I'd put a A5 printed sheed on your dashboard saying "If you need me to move contact: <mobile number>".
I doubt you'll get any more snotty notes at that point and if anyone rings you to have a go you can explain to them your reasons for parking or hang up should they not listen to reason.0
