They are NOT above the law, in fact they don't even use law to make collections, and this argument has and will be realised many many times, they use legislation, which to be a part of, you must agree to, in effect creating a contract...!

Legislation is part of the law.

The CSA was set up under the Child Support Act 1991. They are governed by various statutes and statutory instruments.

A Magistrate, or Judge, who is acting on behalf of, yes you got it, the Secretary of State...! Stink of corruption it seems...!

Magistrates and judges don't act on behalf of the SSHD.

And i have in fact sat in front of of court and asked the so called judge for a copy of there commission of oath, and was told by doing so i could be held in contempt of court...! Really...? Is that so...? And you can be arrested for impersonating a judge...!

Why did you do that, exactly?
...much enquiry having been made concerning a gentleman, who had quitted a company where Johnson was, and no information being obtained; at last Johnson observed, that 'he did not care to speak ill of any man behind his back, but he believed the gentleman was an attorney'.

Because it is NOT always a judge that sits on the cases, it is sometimes from a pool of solicitors that can represent, but they must still have a commission of oath.

And statute law is legislation, which is an agreement between parties, and must have your agreement.

Go back to way back when and look at Magna Carta...! Read it thoroughly and you will understand that without agreement it doesn't actually have any legal standing in the UK...!
