Hi again, sorry was a bit vague earlier but I think santer has posted that info about recuva, have you emailed the invoices or printed and snail mailed them. They could still be in your sent box ?
Edited: and if you posted them I assume that you did not print two copies?

The programmes are looking for files which have been deleted / over written which is usually by only having their pointers removed

No I didnt print an extra copy..
