My house hasn't dropped a penny and the rent still looks good in my bank account.

You are quiet right, your house hasn't dropped a penny, it has dropped by several thousand pounds, happy days.

My house hasn't dropped a penny either, because much like you I don't own one.

Well although my region fell MoM, my county actually increased MoM but I think that was because it was so low the previous month. Still, it proves that you can't really generalise by looking at regions only.

It's funny how many people are starting to agree that prices are falling, but "not on my street"!

My Property Portfolio worth today what it was last year ... pretty much.

Fine by me - I'm not paying for them - RENTERS are!! Tee Hee .....

As I've always said, bouncing along the bottom, up a small amount and down a small amount ... if this is what a crash looks like I'm going to remove my crash helmet when next I go out hangliding!!

You should know by now that Sibleys house is invincible to any falls. Its invincible to any factors that may cause other house prices to fall. It will stand the test of time and is a shining example used by special agent Sarah O'Grady and the Express in their crusade for everlasting HPI

Hartlepool is down 20% YoY. That's pretty nasty. Luckily I've never been to Hartlepool.

London is -1.6% in the latest month. But then if you look at the disagregated data, the largest drop in any one borough for that month is -0.8%, with many positive for the month.

I'm not sure what maths you have to do to add up numbers that range between -0.8% and +1.8% in order to come out with an average of -1.6%. I thought the Land Registry was like for like - and therefore this cannot be explained by the overall average for London being pulled down by a higher percentage of sales happening in cheaper areas of London. Or am I just being !!!!!!?
