How to get Samsung Galaxy S repaired?

Hubby got a new one a couple of months back, had it in his back pocket, was in tesco and some stupid bint rammed into the back of him with their trolley, he didn't realise until afterwards that they have totally broken the screen on his phone, it's not physically cracked iykwim, but when switched on there was an obvious crack in the bottom right hand corner, it worked for a few days but now there is nothing.

Has anyone any idea where I can get this repaired? it wasn't insured and yes I have told him not to keep it in his back pocket in future

Carphone Warehouse handle most of Samsung repairs .
Ask them for a quote first .

I had a screen go on a phone (for no obvious reason) and once the shop satisfied itself the phone hadn't got wet they arranged a replacement.

Worth an ask.

Then buy a nice case and retrain the operator !

Most mobile phone shops carry out repairs. It might be worth going to one of the small business phone shops to ask there. They will most likely fix it for a good price.
