I ordered on Monday afternoon and got a call this morning re: payment. The lady I spoke to was lovely and when I asked if she was busy she confirmed that they had mountains of orders to get through, but were gradually working their way through them. She also said items were usually dispatched the same day once payment has been taken. Thanks so much for posting this OP and I have some really great books winging their way to me for £12 odd delivered.

Hi all,

I was order No 890 (ordered yesterday) so I gave them a quick call and spoke to a lovely woman called Carole who took my payment there and then and said they would be out within the next few working days.

What a great service!! I got a few stocking fillers and books to put away for Birthday presents and also 2 text organisers which have a FM radio built in.
