If anyone has older children, i am a secondary school librarian and the Black ops books and skullduggery pleasant book go down well particularly with boy reluctant readers. Would love to get my hand on the ross kemp book as well.

Mortal engines is the first of a quartet and is magnificent, it won the blue peter award and is much better than phillip pullman (in my humble opinion) :-)

For others who do not know this, I was quite excited about this until I clicked through and found it was CHILDREN'S books.
I should have guessed maybe. But A level books which might have been there under this title, scholastic, were not.

Thanks OP - just order 10 books for my 12 year old boy, in the hope that it may encourage him to do more reading than he does. Great offer to try out new authors too.

I got a call from them about two hours after my online order, asking for payment details. She said that they have been inundated with orders!

Scholastic is a children's publisher, so its the name of the publisher in the title rather than the genre of books, IYSWIM.

Looks like the Ben and Holly books have sold out as they have dissapeared off the webpage.

Looks like quite a few have gone... I ordered 11 books today and only 4 of those are still available. Really happy that I can bulk out my son's and grandsons' Christmas stockings with these books! Thanks again OP!

Those of you who had a call - did you get any further email confirmation afterwards? I called them with a question and they took my payment info then but I haven't heard any more. Most of the books I ordered have gone too.
