ASDA GU10 light bulbs

I'd like to change my fittings so that I don't have any GU10s in the house, as they keep blowing, and they give off a lot of heat, seem very uneconomical. A spark friend always advises to avoid them too.0

I have too many GU10 fittings and the bulbs last only a short time. i agree that branded ones are better. Avoid cheap ones like the plague. It is always a challenge to keep replacing them so for a couple of years I have tried LED replacements. The early ones were expensive and rubbish too. Some really stuck out of the fitting and were unsightly or barely fitted in at all. I even paid about £15 in a DIY shed but was disappointed. I have now solved it though! I discovered wholesaleledlights.co.uk. Their:j service is excellent, despatched speedily and their cluster bulbs (48/60 LED's) branded mirrorstone, give a light as bright as 50W and are only 4W. I have had them months and they are reliable. Go for warm white. Avoid cool white as it is so unnatural. They are expensive but think of the hassle changing them constantly and the electricity saving is huge, they will pay for themselves. I left a review on their site but the reviews appear to have been cleared (they were all positive) and only a few remain but these are positive too. I have no connection with the company just a happy bunny!0
