Thank you all for your best wishes regards my now extype 2!!! but it does come with a word of warning it MAY return in the future, so any one lurking who reads in and has type 2, it does NOT go in all people, so loosing weight / watching what you eat etc etc may not work for all.

LW~ you are welcome to pm me if you want, glad you spent you time with Dilly, will she return later next year for her hols?

LL lovely to 'see' you popping in.

    Shopping put away
Sky box wont work, so 'watching' new via the lap top, I am sure some how I can over ride it, but OH is away and I just so know I will mess it up somehow, so best left alone for now!!

Kazw - I remember reading a study about how a very controlled diet can impact on some types of diabetes, just pleased it has worked for you. My mum has held it off for a good 25 years by being very careful.
Lamewolf - huge hugs, I would certainly welcome a PM from you.

Anyone care to join me for HHI/HHC at 7pm?

When I was arranging Sonjas funeral, I chose the Co-op and they told me early on that if the bill was paid within 28 days then I could get a discount on the bill. I thought that was good and Sonja would be pleased that even in death she was saving money.

Imagine my surprise when last week I received a letter from the Co-op to confirm that my dividends of £23 will be paid into my bank shortly!!

Surely thats dedication to the cause... saving money 10 months later!

    Best wishes to everyone.

Bet it's enough for a bottle of your favourite tipple in time for Christmas so you can raise a glass to her! Cheers!
