it really really has gone quiet on the thread of late so I'm not surprised we're on page 2 *looks sad* awful lot of flyladies 'missing'...hope it's all for good things IYSWIM

been to watch DS play football - left washing out, came home via the co-op and brought it in JUST as it started raining. Did dinner (whoopsied boiled bacon AND pudding was mince pies courtesy of the sunday paper.)

I have sold something I have had for years on e bay - for a good price (£20) exH1 bought it for me so no reason to keep it - was clutter anyway. Have also listed another ornament I bought and that's had a bid, too. Found some more stuff and listed it too.

Anyone know how to remove wallpaper paste from a bucket? Found my cleaning bucket in shed, which my dad had used when he wallpapered my kitchen in Oct, despite the fact there was a bucket already in shed designated for diy.

Having an xmas tree dilemma - real vs fake. Have 4 cats, one of which is a cheeky thing and I can see him either trying to climb said tree or knocking decorations off - or a mixture of both. Tree will also have to sit on top of my wooden chest that I have in lounge, so if DC4 does knock it over, then it's going to have a way to fall.

    Any thoughts, tips or suggestions?

    Thanks x

I am here but not managing to fly so much this week as I am getting ready to go away on Wednesday. There seem to be a lot of faces who are quiet.

On a flying note...I have wrapped all the Christmas presents and need to write the Christmas cards. Final posting to Australia etc is tomorrow for anyone who needs to know.

*wonders if she can list Lupus on eBay as sick and tired of feeling sick and tired*

*sigh* overdone it again today. Stupid, stupid, stupid. I know it's gonna take a while for the Plaquenil to kick back in; but can I wait? Nooooo!!

Swept and mopped living room floor. Im finding the laminate much easier to keep clean.
    Bathroom has been cleaned again.
    HHI done
    Wrapped more pressies.
    Kitchen S&Sed.

Im trying to keep on top of the housework so that when the living room is finished next weekend I can get it cleaned and the decorations up.

Have had a little win on the Health lottery and and a tenner on a Lucky Dip so pleased about that. Saying that it will go towards having a job done on the boiler, the radiator in my bedroom and paying the man who is doing the beading and skirting boards.

Right then. ~I need to make a little more head way Not so ex is getting on my never. Been seperated for over 2 years and still no divorce so think maybe I will use my frustration tonight to have a little bit of a blitz once the children are in bed.

I am have been working since the beginning of November and looking forward to the Christmas break. Children have settled quite well which is a big help , now I just need to juggle the house work and the work. have best intentions when I am at school but...fill in any excuse you want here...

Now where should I start....maybe living room is not a good idea as children want to make cards and put up tree tomorrow.

    Evening all

Don't worry about it being quite come January I'm sure it will be busy again. Managed to get lots done from our lists today but still lots to do. I'll update and carry forward for next week.

Ordered a few more presents on line, still lots to do but trying to do a few a day. Going to write my overseas cards with strictly and xfactor.

Need to quickly whack out a governor report for tomorrow night's meeting and polish the school shoes.
