New Contract / New Phone

Have received a new phone and an Orange contact, only had it a day or so however i dont like it at all and now want to know if i can take it back and get a different phone ? I cant seem to find details on the orange website where i brought the phone from.

Go to some store before ordering another phone that you will not like again.

I dont wish to cancel it tho more just swap to a different handset, ive emailed them to see if this is possible as the returns process isnt that clear.

Possible yet, but it's probably better cancelling the lot and startihng again to save grief later on when someone doesn't get the return right.

How did you get it and who from, for online or phone orders you have 7 days to inpect it under the DSR, but that is to inspect not use for 7 days, but if you bought in store you only have the compnaies goodwill to rely on. Some companes are especially strict in what you can return a phone for, and in some cases using it voids your return right under the DSR.
