No, their insurers appointed repairers do, been there and done that with their insurers and appointed repairers, a £700 repair was extended out to £2500 by sheer rip off means. Disgusting!
As an engineer with a keen lifetime interest in cars including many repairs and rebuilds before times of disability, I could see very clearly what the repairers were up to, it was all reported to Motability and as I understand it, dealt with appropriately, (think fraud people).0 -
