Thanks GRC - most of my family have had a cold, but mine seemed to turn nasty. So glad I feel better now - that was the worst I have felt for a good couple of years.
Good day today - I received £3 Luncheon vouchers in the post, a £6 Amazon voucher for doing a Sky survey and have also redeemed for another £5 voucher (I've got £40 in Amazon and am waiting for another £20
).
Going to visit OH's parents on Saturday, not staying overnight though (thank God
).

Survived the trip to the 'in-laws'. They are coming to us mid-March for one night, as OH is going to Poland with them. It was his dad's Christmas present and they don't want to go on their own. I could have gone, but I would be bored to tears.
So I'm going to have 5 days to myself in March. Also, OH is going to Berlin with his mate a week today (they are trying to visit all the European capitals), so I will also have a week to myself then. Really looking forward to it. No boyfriend to clean up after + no waking up early + unlimited access to the TV = heaven
.
Won £10 on JPJ yesterday morning. Going to use that to buy my mum's mother's day present and card.

Really excited. I'm off to Wimbledon on 27 June :j:j. My sister got offered tickets today. Centre Court no less, so if it rains, they will just bung the roof on and we'll still get to see tennis :T:T. The tickets are £62, but my sister has said she will buy mine for my birthday present. So all I need to do is find money for train fare.
Got another £10 Amazon voucher yesterday, so I now have £55 in my account and am waiting for another £15.
Got a flat inspection on Friday, so busy trying to get the flat clean and tidy. Wish OH was away this week as it would be a lot easier to keep it tidy.

I have no TV at home :eek:!! All 3 flats in our block are out, so it must be something to do with the aerial. I don't even have Sky. Hoping the lettings agent will get it sorted pronto. Can't see much happening over the weekend if they don't get it fixed today or tomorrow
. I've been re-watching my Vampire Diaries DVDs for entertainment (and a bit of eye candy
).
Nearly got the flat all clean for the inspection tomorrow. Just need to hoover the living room.
Won another £10 on JPJ yesterday

:j I have TV again :j. It was working last night when I got home. Flat all spick and span for inspection.
I had the most lovely dream last night. I won £23,000 on a progressive jackpot on Sky Vegas (very specific, I know). I was even planning what I was going to do with it. I then woke up and felt thoroughly disappointed
. The feeling of relief in the dream was wonderful. Oh well, back to reality.
Off out for drinks tonight with some friends as it's one of their birthdays. I have a £20 budget which I will stick to.
