ring tone iphone 4

ive down loaded a song for a ringtone, but cant set it as a ringtone anybody know how to do this?
only had phone a week still trying to work out how to use

IIRC it was another shortcoming of the iphone, IIRC , you have to convert the song into some other file or something and then load it onto the phone, itwas not straightforward and self explainitory like lots of other handsets

iRinger converts and put the ringtone in iPhone format and will put it in iTunes for you

Best iTune converter out there i think....just go to the link and download it

had a look on youtube some good vids on there showing the basic stuff

i downloaded the song rather than the ringtone, once i realised and downloaded the ringtone it come up set as ringtone, job done

So you have paid apple twice
