Annoyed with O2

Hi everyone,
Apologies if this is in the wrong place but I think I've found the right sub-forum.
A few days ago, I checked my online bill to find out I had been charged £13.51 and £9.00 for 2 off peak calls to an Orange mobile number. Similar length and type of calls in December to an O2 number cost me under £1.
So, I rang them up and was told that it was because it was cross-network. Fine, but this information (call charges) is not available anywhere on their website for my contract. The advisor kept fobbing me off with the fact that they would've been on the website at the time I took out the contract (14 months ago) so I should've taken note then.
Since hanging up (and getting very annoyed), I've realised that the details probably weren't on the internet as my tariff was not available to everyone (I asked to leave so they offered me more). Is it worth ringing back up and saying this?
I just can't understand how they can charge me this much for calls when there's no way of me finding out beforehand how much they're going to cost me! I just presumed it would be the same as O2 calls, how stupid of me.
Any advice? Do I have anything to fight for or should I just give in and pay the extra £30+ on top of my bill this month due to these calls?
Thank you,
Sarah
