So did you order directly from FT?
If so, their T&Cs say...
However, they do go on to say if your specific terms say otherwise then you have to keep paying for the whole year.Unless otherwise stated in the Specific Terms made available to you when you purchase your Subscription, you may cancel your Subscription at any time by providing us with at least 7 days notice and FT will refund you on a pro rata basis for the unexpired period of your Subscription. This means that FT will refund you with any amounts you have paid us in advance that relate to any remaining period of your Subscription. We do not provide refunds in respect of individual vouchers already supplied to you as at the date of cancellation. However we will provide refunds in respect of complete and unused voucher packs already supplied to you relating to your cancelled Subscription, provided that you return these to us.
So keep the pack of vouchers intact and you probably will get a refund.
Ring them on 0800 298 4709. (from here)0 -
They were so nice about it I almost feel bad for doubting them! Told me to return the vouchers for a full refund.

Major respect for such good customer service, didn't even get put on hold or have to mess around inputting customer numbers.0 -
