    Evening All :j,

Best day of the month tomorrow! payday!

So, I've done my figures and am pleased to report £900 op for Oct, making a total so far for the year of £9600 :T

Also, this week is even more of a happy week, as I can finally transfer £3500 of my op savings to pay some extra capital off my mortgage, which should bring this under £20,000 for the first time ever.

    Whoo hoo! Go me!! :T

Well, go you lot, actually :T, as frankly, without knowing you are all keeping tabs on me, no way would I have managed to save £9600 normally. So a big thanks for this thread and good luck to all who sail in her :T.

Forgive me for not being more explicit about my holiday of a lifetime

It was a touring holiday and we went to:
    • Las Vegas
    • Palm Springs
    • Los Angeles
    • Santa Barbara
    • San Francisco
    • Hawaii

It was amazing and we did everything that we wanted to do :j

It was very expensive but as we had been together 10 years it was a gift to ourselves!! :o

But don't worry we had savings and didn't go into any debt for it :A

Sounds fab! The kind of thing I'll enjoy if/when I can afford to.

Life is for living as well as for paying overpayments :).
