Congratulations to all of those that have become MF recently. A major achievement, well done!
I hope to join you one day, but not for a while yet. These challenges are what has kept me going and it most definitely makes a difference when you look at when you were originally due to pay off your mortgage.
I have had my mortgage for 11.5 years now and will pay it off sometime in the next 6.5 years (that's the latest date if I don't overpay from now on), but hope to clear it in 3-4. If I can achieve it in3.5 years, I will have paid my mortgage off 10 years early. When you look at it like that, it makes you realise how beneficial overpaying is.What goes around comes around.....I hope!0 -
OP of £150.00 made today.0
