Ajmoney you're on the list at No.68 but I need a target figure from you please once you've worked it out. Good luck and welcome.

Sorry I was holding out on that to have a discussion with DH about it. I have always done the OPs by myself before now but after our chat this morning I have him on board! Although I am expecting to OP far more can you put me down for £1200 for now? I have told him the figure we need to clear in my wish list time frame and he didn't say no!
    MFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200
    MFiT-T7 No. 6 £2873.51/£30,000

  • Hi All
May I join please? I have lurked on the thread for such a long time. I have read the invaluable advice other members have kindly shared. I feel my husband and I are in the 'home straight' now and really want to get there this year!!
We moved to our present house in Mar 2007 with a mortgage of 89000 and as of last month had a balance of 25007. We are aiming for our last payment to be June 28th 2012!
Need to dig in now and hope that base rate doesn't rise!

    Thank you!
  • Yes of course Beccajune. So can I put you down as an overpayment of £25k?
