Office 2010 with Acer Aspire

I had purchased Office 2010 for a laptop and successfully loaded the disc with product key etc - i have now bought an acer aspire but as it doesn't have a disc drive i presume i can't load office 2010 onto it - when i entered the product key it said it was incorrect anyway??? everytime someone sends an attachment these…

sorry macman - its a woman thing!
was getting frustrated as i know that i am more than capable of doing these things and just all over the place at the moment - anyway the problem was it was offering me different options and then when i tried to proceed it was not working for reasons i can't remember - i left it and came back to it and i have downloaded it now and it seems to all be in order - thanks for the offer of help though!
