I called up buymobiles.net about 2 weeks ago to upgrade to galaxy note. 24 month contract. I accpeted and was told the phone would be with me in a week. all good and dandy. it didnt come. not in stock yet, waited even more, they said itc come in your next in line to get yours. Thought yay. Then this thursday i call tehm and the contract hasnt started as you had to wait more than 10 days. so we have to call t mobile up again. i said cool. he said i would get the phone tuesday, 29th nov.
So yesterday I call them up again, make sure everything is going well. The dude says the phone isnt coming. i can not find your order. you will have to call back monday. i then thought ok nothing has gone through. i will upgrade via cpw. they say ok yes we will upgrade you. 18 month contract and you will get the phone monday. an hour later i get a email to say the phone has been dispatched. all good.
i call buymobiles.net say i want to cancel the order. tehy say fine. you will get a refund for the monies you paid upfront.
This evening i see my contract has been changed. I am now on a 24 month contract. im was like !!!!!!. i should be with cpw. as i signed up with them. i do not know what has happened. have both upgrades gone through? will i have two contracts with my number. will i get two phones?
confused!!!
any idea. i shall call t mobile first thing tomorrow morning!

Impatience can cause all sorts of problems .
You were told to call back Monday but went ahead elsewhere.
Nobody can really help or advise, do what they said and phone back on Monday and you should get an answer.
I realise that you got frustrated by their order process but it is your impatience that has made things worse.0 -

I called them up today, basically I will only have one order. It is 24 month 25 quid a month, phone provided by CPW. I just need to get my £50 refunded from buymobiles.
Buymobiles are useless, why should I have to wait so long. When CPW shipped my phone the next working day.
What happened was buymobiles set up the agreement for the contract but did not finalise it. Then when i called CPW they locked onto the contract offer with the phone and they finalised it. Therefore, I will not be getting two contractsphones!
Worked out in the end.0 -
Hi, I have used Buymobilephones.net and others numerous times without problem however I always buy online, the message I seem to be getting is that if you involve customer services staff then things start to go wrong ( whichever company you use.).0
