hey, I know i am always posting about new phones wanted but now I need one for my mom, I want it as cheap as possible with the most credit avalible.

no more then £30

bluetooth and camera would be great (even though I dont think she would be able to use it)
any deals?

Thats a list of all phones and contracts. You pay up front and then claim cash back for all you've paid so far every 4 months etc..

Look on EBay, you will get a good deal on an unlocked phone there. I just paid £20 for a T610 Sony-E and it has all the goodies you want. However if you want a nice mobile easy to use for your Mum, Phones4U have the Nokia 1112 for £19.99 with £30 credit, well they did have as I got my wife one. Locked to Virgin though, but a good PAYG deal.

Tesco & Phones4U are usually the cheapest place to get PAYG phones.

TBH, I think that the OP is after a PAYG handset for simplicity (contracts aren't for everyone, especially ones with cashback to claim) but thanks for mentioning my site all the same.
