    About as stupid as some of your posts :), afterall I did say after saving pictures or do you only read the first half of most posts?

    "Check the cameras menu system and see what options you have for storing images. Its possible your missing images are on the cameras internal memory if you only downloaded from the card."

    I never knew that cwoodham! Just shows how unknowledgable I am.
    My camera is a Ricoh Caplio R2.

    i,ve used it jeanieb3 its totally fine to use.... the 1st time i tried it i saved all pics from my memory card then deleted the card and then tried pcinspector, bare in mind i deleted my card......and it found 69 files (pics):j :j

  • jeannieb3, You need to go to my computer and find what drive letter your camera is, Probably F. that's the device you choose. hth. Alan.

    I have entered h as I think thats what it is. Next jpeg (is that OK?) then my docs and title. Nothing happens . What have I done wrong? Please be patient x

  • I'm not certain that h is correct, I f you go to Start , My computer, You will see a page which shows your hard drive ect, Y our camera will show as device with removable storage, select that and then whatever the program calls recovery. Alan.

    Don't want to sound patronising, but is there a 12 year old kid, or someone more technical who can have a look for you? As mentioned above, it sounds likely that the piccies are still somewhere, possibly on the cameras internal memory, or possibly on your pc.
