the account will also be linked to my mobile account, which i do access alot. they say they cant add/link my BB to my mobile account, but they can link my mobile acount to my BB account.

o2 are trying to figure out why this has gone all wrong, but say that once a username is generated they cant change it (which i find hard to believe). i even suggested to them can they not just close the account and set it up again with the correct details, but they say this will be too much work. they say they will set up a secondary account and then pass this to another department to have these two accounts swapped over.
