help pls! got ink stains on laptop screen..

hi need urgent help pls..
i stupidly rested some letterheaded paper in my laptop - on the keyboard part - for about half an hour on my way home earlier. ive opened it up now and have big smudge marks across the screen - in the colours of the letterheaded paper!!
Have tried to clean it off with screen cleaner - but all the marks are still there. Any ideas/advice - ideally befpre my dh sees it :eek:
