    no confirmation for me too from email. ordered the 250 one and now thinking maybe i shoulda ordered the cheaper one (neither of them will probably come anyways)

    i just called their cs to change my address and they have the worst service i think. i dealt with 3 people, one was very friendly but the other 2 quite rude. never used to be like that i thought!
